Default Weird Issue Help!!!

OK I've thought it was the tune and maybe it STILL is not sure I've switched from SFAC Neo to SCT Tune from AGP still have same problem. After going Big Turbo it seems after I come to a stop by car will go really LEAN 17's max out my Wideband AEM and car will start to stumble like its going to die. Then go back up. It only does this after I slow down and come to a stop. Any thoughts?? Maybe a sensor or something

if you smell fuel and the car starts feeling like its camming you need to replace your upstream o2 sensor and reset your pcm...: then drive it around for a while and it should go away...

Well I replaced the upstream 02 Sensor with a Bosch and it seems that its still going it. Could it just be the SCT tune or any other suggestions?
