im having the same problem. It doesnt open up until im at 10-13 psi, and then it doesnt even sound taht good, its real quick, and sounds like its cutting off. I currently have 4 washers in it, and the top is a bit loose. Im on a stock turbo, and normal boost. Anyone have any suggestions, im dissapointed with it.

Thats normal really, Any why are u adding washers if you want it to open sooner? remove washers, and or cut the spring down. ???
