Hey guys, my name is David, i just signed up on the forums. I have a long history with srt4s as this one is my 3rd lol. This is the car that ive spent the most time and money on. The question for u guys is i recently got tuned with hp tuners at D3 Performance in Houston, Tx. The car made 330/330 trq and the tuner said he just cannot squeeze anymore out of the turbo because it has a .48 exhaust housing. We are at about 24 psi of boost with plenty of fuel left.Should I just upgrade to a .63 housing?? or Bigger Bigger Turbo lol?? The car pulls hard in 2nd but in third and 4th it lacks power. Here is the list of mods on the car...Sorry I just copied and pasted... 2004 Srt

Yes, you would need a bigger turbo and maybe a bigger wastegate. But am I missing something? What are you engine upgrades or are you running stock.
I would set a HP goal, then sit back and look at what you have, then discuss it with your tuner on what he thinks you need to achieve that goal reliably with room to grow.

My engine has not been rebuilt and has not been upgraded in any way.
And this is why you should be satisfied. Most people come on here and want Big HP this and Big HP that but fail to understand what goes into it. Yes, there are people that have done higher numbers with a 'stock' turbo but do mods to help.
I also noticed now that other than the injectors and pump, there are no other fuel system changes, like a 1:1 fuel pressure regulator or some other mod?

Yah i have been debating on that....just being satisfied. lol but you always want a little more. Yah i havnt done the rewire or upgraded the fuel system just the injectors. I hate that agp puts out that this turbo will do xxx amount and it is nowhere near that. Even Ben at agp thought that this setup was reading low hp.

i have a canned duster360 tune for my upgraded stage3, went with boost by gear because all i was doing was spinning in 1/2
