It's probably something simple like a pcv valve, but it sounds Like you need a clutch as well. Take you pcv valve off and look at it, shake it it should rattle if it doesn't buy a new one.

getting a mpx, bwoody, boomba or making your own check valve would be highly recommended, stock pcv valve leaks
