Why cant u compare to him mike? His times are only 2 tenths better and look at all the stuff he has done...

He is the type to do something to his car and keep it secret. He wants to be the "fastest" and not share much info that could help someone out, maybe even make that persons car faster than his.

Not saying aaron doesnt share info, but he acts like everything he does is so much better than what others are doing.

Get off ur highhorse buddy. I dont care if u ran 9's, ur attitude sometimes is that of a very egotistical person.

I dont give a shit how many years u keep saying uve driven turbo cars.

Longevity does not make u the king of all kings. And in order for you to get respect, you have to first give respect.

dont mind me, I just hate loudmouths who think they are better than everyone else.

You're obviously welcome to your opinion, but I don't feel that embarrassed.

The fact is, I was running 15lbs, spiking to 17lbs, then dropping to 15lbs at redline.

This was done with only a S1 and a AGP WGA in 74 degrees & 74% humidity.

BTW, it was my first time ever @ the track w/ my SRT-4 and I cut a 1.7 60ft on my very first run.

well if it was your first time ever that's not too bad. I'm not drag racing god or anything close. humidity can kill your times i've witnessed this first hand.

the guys does know his shit he was running faster before he upped his power. When you know what you are talking about and/or think you do you have a little bit of an edge to your attitude when it comes to talking to people sometimes. IE your battle with the purple was chaulk full of it. If you want I may be able to set up a wrestling match between you two. I will be the special guest ref.

Well I'm no drag racing god either, but my last car was an 8 second Mustang that ran over 150mph in the 1/4, so I know how to drive down a track. I don't believe the car would've gone much faster no matter who was driving.

BTW, the only SRT-4 that ran faster at this particular track, in this weather, also had a 3" exhaust (13.2 on slicks).

PSI, what is the benefit going pull the boost off the compressor vs going to the manifold?

Well other than hose length?

Hmn well there is always quicker response at the compressor, the compressor generally has a pound or 2 more boost than the manifold (pressure drop), and the manifold is after the throttle body. The manifold will have high vacuume when the throttle is shut while the pressure plumbing will have high pressures @ throttle shut. You need a reference from both of these signals in order for the BPV/BOV to function.

I am not sure what you are referring to. The manual boost controller should alway get it's source directly from the compressor housing.

Psi-Fi Motorsports,

That was the ticket. I finished installing my Turbo XS DSBC just a few moments ago.

Like I originally had it boost shot to 17-19 psi (depending on what I set it to), then dropped to 15psi.

I set it up like you said, and BOOM 17 or 19 psi to redline.

WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

11 Seconds here I come!!!! (Not really but here's to dreamin')

Mike,

the purple and I just disagreed. That was purely an arguement and not an ego battle. Well, I thought of it as an arguement anyhow...

and I wasnt doubting anyones knowledge, I was only interjecting my own opinions.

How were you able to hold 17/19 to redline? Did you remove the stock lines & run the PSI set up, or did you simply plug the line going to the airbox? Thanks!
