If that's the line I'm thinking about, it's the same as the pcv valve line in the sense that it is used to recirculate polluted air. On the inside of the airbox there is a piece of foam blocking the hole (to catch oil.) My foam square is pretty oily.

Ah that hose....I got another story to tell about it.....
See the pic below? When I had my initial problems and the dealer rep replaced my entire vacuum harness, my line was connected as shown below.
My car was insane!! I lit up tires in 1st and second! Stock!
I took it back to them because I saw the bad routing, and due to the fact I was on the verge of lemon, had it documented.
They fixed that and 3 days later the car started overboosting....took it in, and they said No problem found, and the car was miraculously fixed.

Good info Psi--FI....never paid attention to where that sucker went.
Cali

NOTE: Look carefully at what is connected to the manifold, and what is on the airbox.

at 19psi with stage 1 and a wga I'd do much better. I can do 13.5 with a spring and an mbc. if you're gonna brag on someonelse's runs make sure they are worth bragging about otherwise you just look silly.
