Default stage 3 running rich

Could my ptp fuel pump mod make me run noticeably richer? My o2 sensors are looking pretty fouled and I am catching a cell code for #2 or sensor heater performance wire as well.

thats true the downstream one doesn't get looked at when using the staged pcm's but its the upstream one that the pcm looks at to monitor A/F ratios. Which one did you replace?
