i can last for a long time, but your clutch is still slipping you just dont feel it.
Put a new clutch in and youll feel so much more powerfull up top. I thought the same thing with my car. Everything felt all good, but when i dynod she put down 120hp, so obviously there was some slipping going on...

Yea, I hear that, tho the dyno sometimes can put more strain on the clutch than an occasional WOT on the street, since the inertia of the wheels you are spinning on the dyno is usually more than it takes to get the car moving and keep moving. At least thats what I have been told.
Ya, I am wondering the same thing. I just got my setup on I made 313hp and 342tq before and the car is insanely faster now... So I am wondering how much longer it's going to last... I have 38k... Stock clutch.
my car has about 20000mi on the stock clutch(stock turbo+bolt-ons), just put the s3 turbo on, and the clutch started slipping before the end of the dyno session.
I think my stock clutch is slipping a little but I'm not sure. When I shift gears from 1st to second the rpm will jump from like 6k to 4k when I floor it. When I shift from 3rd to 4th after I floor it will still hang at like 5k for a split second before falling down to 4k.

See i know for sure mine is still in great shape, i can powershift every gear and it just grabs like hell, and i went to the track and did about 10 2nd gear burnouts and about 13 passes powershifting everytime. Now i know that took some life out of it, haha, but its still feeling just the same as before.

i have 34k miles on my car and put stage3 on when i had 10k, been to the track numerous times with drag radials and the stock clutch is still holding fine... i believe the first couple good launches with a pair of slicks and you can kiss that stock clutch goodbye...and is why i havent put a set of slicks on yet...
I had an enforcer 1 setup making around 320/315 and the clutch never slipped. I put the stage 3 turbo/mani on and within 1 month it started slipping. Now it slips everytime in 3rd gear. If the tires dont spin, the clutch slips.
I just picked up an act 6 puck from revolutions motorsports for 589 shipped. Cant wait to see how much pull im losing with the stocker.
I was thinking about a small shot once the clutch gets broken in too. I'm thinking stage 3 w/o (using the s3 wga for great drivability) and a 35-50 shot for go time. I miss the spray.
Yea, I am thinking I will get about 1 month total too with the new setup, but I am on s2, that combined with the stock s3 wga will only give me 17-18psi at redline, so i might be ok. I will get the agp wga, but NOT before I get the same clutch, ACT 6 puck. Then comes the 75 shot
Should be fun tho!! Going be so damn hard not to hit the spray, I will have the whole kit installed by next week, just no clutch to hold it, DAMNIT!
i made alot of passes with my sst which where about stg3 no toys numbers and it never slipped not even on slicks. I put the S3D on took it out on the street and it slips BAD in 4th the rpms go from 3000rpms to 6000 in a blink of the eye and the car just dont move it sucks
