Yes they ARE neons.......with better powertrain , suspension, and a few cosmetic changes

But OP NO there is not a "chip" .......You have to get a piggyback , Mopar staged ecu, ecu reflash, or full engine management
NEVER BUY THE STUPID ASS "performance chips" off Egay if you do go ahead and by the "supercharge" any car to compliment it

imo...no matter what, go stroke and bore...No replacement for displacement..........makes your tourqe and HP increase percentage much greater than on stock displacement

what year r/t? boost is about the only way you will hit 350hp

An 04 cuz the insurence I dont wat to have to pay collison just yet... when im done with it I may do an engine swap just to spend more time on the car.
