Default Non fouler mod on wideband o2 bung?

Unlike others that are stage 0 and getting the no cat code for having no cat, im getting it from having another o2 bung for my wideband. My question is will doing the non fouler change the ability of the sensor to read my air fuel ratio properly? I have the mpx downpipe with the high flow cat.

Simple:

My car is throwing the no cat code because I had to drill another o2 bung in before high flow cat. Something is telling it that it has no cat or something from that. I didnt have the code at all before I did my wideband.

Have you tried swapping out the sensor first? I hope this isnt the stock cat it looks like it wouldnt be enough room to properly locate the sensor.

Common since says why wouldn't u just non foul the cat instead of the wideband...

if you put a non fouler on your wideband o2 sensor it will not do anything to the CEL, also i may (and probably will) effect the wideband's reading.

check your downstream o2 sensor.

Why in the hell would the wideband need a non-fouler??

You aren't getting a CEL because of the wideband. It's not hooked up to the computer to give it a signal that it isn't seeing a cat.

Your other o2 sensors are the issue. Your downstream o2, to be precise.

Thanks guys, im not sure why I was spaced so bad when I posted this, but none the less I think I will non foul my downstream bung first and see if that does it.

Either that I or have burnt my high flow cat out? I have 50k miles and alot of hard ones.

Thanks again.
