Questions for you guys with water injection. Are you guys placing the nozzle before or after the IAT sensor. It would make sense to place it before the IAT sensor so the PCM can see the lower intake temps to provide more timing and adjustments to this, but I could see the flip side that would it be to much timing.

man i got leak test up to 30psi and nothing car still boosts all over falls to 15 at redline would spark blowout cause the car to pull boost and timing .....like the car is seeing knock ? or lean condition......ANYONE IN DALLAS A STAGE 3 GURU
Its a brand new kit, plugs-Ngk 4306's gapped at .035,its like theres nuthing there its like it hits a brick wall? What all could this be?
What intake do you have a guy around here had that same problem and found it to be his K&N poly elbow at the turbo was being sucked close.
I was thinking the same thing, I have the Injen and since the S3 install the elbow is bent closer to it's self and is very plyable, I would not be surprised if mine is being suck down aswell. Power feels good but that looks like a bottle neck to me, any other SRI's better than that design??
the knock sensors are a little touchy. try removing it and reinstalling to specs. also check the wga, make sure the arm has enough room to move. what plugs are you running and what gap?

First thing I'd try to do is adjust the WGA a bit tighter and reset the ECU, see how that works for a couple hundred miles. That shouldn't take more than a couple minutes. If that doesn't fix it, try gapping your plugs wide, about .040" and start working your way down to the lower .030's until you're not getting any spark blow out. I'm gapped at .038", MSD wires, MSD coil, with NGK 4306's and I have no spark blow out or inconsistent boost (22ish spike, 20 hold).

the wga has plenty of room to move and i have already tried goin up but it actually got better with the arm longer then shorter ......my 4306s are gapped at 35 im gonna drop them to 30 and see about that but does gap cause boost to be lost.......or is the sparkblowout making the knock sensor go apeshit ?
So the car runs fine, boost about 20 spike 17 or so hold? You have no boost leaks and your going to drop the gap down to .30
Symptoms are a drop in power at 5,500 RPM. No hard starts.
If the sparkplugs dont help and your sure the coil and wires are fine you might find a walboro a local has and stick it in there and take it for a run just to rule out the pump.
