Where is the best place to get stg 3? I only need the upgrade kit as I already have stg2 w/toys. Tried to look on Kustomatix website but it is not functioning properly! Looking for the best deal and the quickest ship time.
Anyone out there with stg 3 know what kind of gas mileage to expect. I drive a lot for work so just wondering. Thanks!

Yeah who needs 50 trims anyways. Just messing, but the way you guys talk about plug-n-play makes the car sound beastly when you want it and drive it around town as if it were still stock.
Yeah, if you follow the instructions it comes with you basically make DAB 1 like your original DAB 3. Then you can kind of tweak it from there. I have DAB 1 at about 21 psi (19-20 hold), 2 @ 23 psi (21-22 hold), 3 @ 25 (23-24 hold).
I actually like the DAB 0 and 1 settings how they are. What do you boost in 0 now? I guess it isn't possible to leave 0 and 1 alone and just tweak 2 and 3. Thats what I would want.

Coy, you know drag racers don't tell everything. lol But what I did get from him was that he sent the turbo to someone in NC( near me and its not a DCR mod) and they put in a bigger wheel and shaft upgrade <-- if I remember corectly. And also port work as well. I was impressed with the runs PCT01 was making.
If you think about it, what is being done is what MOPAR would have done if it wasn't for the bean counters, when they developed the upgrade.

We talk that way becuase thats what it is really. When you drive like a normal person, its a well mannered, quick car. Drop the hammer, and the demon boost comes to play

Has anyone ever been kicked out of HOM when they are running 109 MS. I had a little under a 1/4 of a tank in the car of 93 then filled up the car with 109 MS. Tried a 3rd gear pull and got kick out of HOM. Later in the day I tried a 2nd to 3rd gear pull and it held. Then on the next pull I got kicked out. Any suggestions?

In reality, making the Stage 3 faster seems to come in really small steps. Do you know what ptc01 was running before these mods? He was running 12.1's at 116-117. Not only did he replace the wheel and get the port job, but he added water injection as well,and possibly even some kind of engine management. He also added carbon fiber hood and was talking of removing his passenger seat as well as the rear seats prior to running at the Nationals. So far I think he has a best of 11.95. Definately an improvement, but doesn't seem like much bang for the buck. I for one hope that it will be as easy as changing the wheel or getting the DCR mod done to pick up a few tenths. I just haven't seen anyone do it yet. But as soon as someone shows me the way, I'll be right there.

Yes I have been kicked out using 109 and 110. I finally put the stock motor mount on the top and agp lower motor and trany mount for the bottom. I have never been kicked out again. Even adding 5 gal. of 109 to a little less than a 1/4 tank of 91 octane.
Man there are too many options for modding and porting the turbo/manifold. Every time I try to make a decision, something different comes along. DCR . . . a853rox . . . PCT01 . . . I guess I'll wait and see if they're are any more conclusions drawn about these mods. It's just so hard to get a comparison with some many variables. Everyone has different mods, different areas they live in, different dynos, etc. Oh well, the more options, the better!
