Yes I can blow threw the line. I have tried just about everything im starting to think its my manifold?

Nah, u would have to get an adapter and switch it up to a v band. But i wouldn't just yet pull the plug if everything was working fine before, correct?

You most likely need to replace the entire waste gate. I've had two go bad on me causing massive boost spikes (30+ PSI). Purchase a new waste gate and you will be good to go.

I know, I know! The last thing you want to do is drop an additional $200.00 bucks on a waste gate, but hey man, ya gotta pay to play.

I dont see whats wrong with the wastegate? What went wrong with yours?

I have no idea. I actually had two go bad. One was an older Tial that was on the car when I purchased it. the 2nd one was a brand new Tial MVS that was bad right out of the box.

New wastegate on 10 psi spring boost to 20 and holds right there. Starting to think a 38 mill wastegate is too small for a 6266?

The main issue is waste gate placement. I love log manifolds for ease of install and the fit and finish, but they suck ass performance wise. A bigger waste gate will help, but the location on the logs is just not optimum.

I dont have a log I have a TDS built header...
