Default My car is having trouble starting in the cold

So I have a JMB ultimate intake with small battery and I was wondering if that would be causing my car to go on the fritz every morning. When I turn it on it whenever it's cold, mostly in the morning, the gauges go back and forth like a STi. The car also sounds like it's not getting enough spark. Does anyone with this intake have any input on this topic. I think I might have to buy a new little battery or buy a stock battery and run the stock intake.

I would have to second the battery theory. Sounds like to low CCA and too small of a battery.
