Default Intake Mani delima

LETS TALK MANIFOLDS!! Who's got what and how do they like it? Need all the input I can get so I can make an educated decision on what I need for my car. Please post if you have any manifold work done, or a sheetmetal mani.

I'm Running a 50Trim .63A/R at 21psi. Still stock TB, Spacer, and Mani. Looking for a nice set up, for a my sized turbo. I would love to go with the DCR sheet metal mani, but doubt i make the power to take advantage (even tho Darrell swears I will benefit from it). Still have a 6500 redline. Realistically I want the most efficient port matched set up that won't cause me to sacrifice all bottom end torque. FBM...Modern...PtP...shoot me some ideas from those who own them. LMK what recommendations you have based on what you drive. Please no, "my buddy has this and nets him 50 extra horse power....." BS. Thanks!

Check out our "RACE" intake. Its a welded and then ported set up. It's not the "best" like a tubular unit but with your redline it will net more gains then any ported unit on the market.

I have to agree with DCR a little on this that the tubular units really do make more WHP then the stocker no matter what but its the loss of TQ that I have a problem with. We should have a tubular unit here very soon as an option and none of the end feeding crap, center feed tubular manifold should be good for a fair amount of WTQ over the competitor.

Splendid, but why have we yet to see a center feed?? Other than space restrictions i imagine...

I just hate to loose any TQ and i know a sheet metal will suck it up. I will check with you via phone call. thanks,

any others?

Here is a link for our intake manifold running on the car. You can kind of see what I am talking about... well maybe?

As far as "why we have yet to see a center feed"? I have no idea, it was really simple to do and you still have to redo the t-stat housing and the lower hose just like the others.

Time for a site overhaul fellas.

a search for "Intake Manifold" only brings up the AEM Map adapters.

A quick run down of all the links except Dyno sheets yeilds no Ported intake Mani.

Not knocking you guys at all, but parts are hard to find on your site, and it's a little cluttered.

Maybe a link TO the intake mani for the OP and others (like me) looking at the different Manifolds from other sites might be a bit more helpful and sell one or 2 in the process.

Just some advice.

Have a good day!

NachO

we know the site needs some work. We been working on it whenever we get a chance. We are usually busy in shop installing and making parts. I dont know how some of the other vendor's do it. they are on here 24/7 dont know how they come up with product or run a shop unless they have someone else who actually does it.

With that being said here's a pic

there's lots of threads and pics floating around here in the board and in our section.

4 AIS intercoolers and 4 Rage-tek ported intake manifolds
