I would say in general that timing and octane limit how much boost you can run, but since your on a stock pcm your timing is locked in and the fuel is limited buy the stock injectors. So the octane of gas is the major limit and A/F 2nd

Thank you I forgot about octane. I am so used to putting in 94 octane that I do not really ever think of any other. Yes, if you are in Cali with their watered down piss for gas then you would have to run either meth injection to compensate or lower you boost down. Meth injection will help you run more boost though safely. It will add additional fuel to the mixture but more importantly it will reduce your knock that you get by increasing the octane level of the gas that you inject into the cylinder.

Thank you for that SpeedEuphoria.

Check with Jimmy or Becky from S&P and I am sure they can get you the part number for S2 injectors.

Are they users of this forum??

Is a return line kit for this car something you could fab up?? From what I understand the return goes into the filler tube. I would imagine you could run rubber 7/16" or 3/8" hose back to the filler and your fpr of choice.

Thanks for all the help guys. Understanding the car more and more everyday.

Yes, you could create your own FRL if you wanted to. You would need an adjustable FPR like the one from Aeromotive. Then you would need the hose to go from the FPR to the tank, some way to fit the hose to the thank and then all the fittings to attach everthing together. Plus you would need some way to connect the FPR to the fuel rail. So aftermarket fuel rail or a '03 fuel rail with the shrader valve.

S&P is Speed and Power Development. They are a vender on the forums. I think the screen names they use are thepowertowin and BlackinBlack. One of those is Jimmy.

just remember that most 1/4 mile tracks have a guideline that says you can only have a limited # of inches of rubber fuel line

I had the stock wastegate and stock boost gauge and got a greddy profec b spec 2 boost controller..turned the boost up..and the gauge was wrapping around almost to the vaccuum section...well i put a different gauge in there and it showed like 18 psi..so yeah those gauges blow..now i have an agp wastegate and a turbo xs manual boost controller..it spikes about 22psi and holds about 17 on stock everything..and has for probly 20,000miles..and it runs!! lol

If you have the money sitting around and aren't afraid to try something, give the Forward Motion wga a try. I had the AGP wga as well. It was the first wga I tried. It was great a the time. I just hated the how it would drop off so much by redline and the compressor surge and part throttle boost was killing me. babying the car while it was under 3k rpm sucked ass. I talked alot to addictedtosin and figured I would give the FM wga a try. If it didn't work I would just resell it and go back to the AGP wga.

Installed the FM wga when it arrived and never looked back. Runs much better than the AGP, part throttle boost was greatly reduced along with compressor surge. Plus it holds boost much better to redline than my AGP.

AGP: spiked 23 psi and it would fall to 16 at redline
FM: spiked 22-23 psi and it would fall to 19-20 at redline
FM: spiked 24 psi and it would fall to 20-21 psi at redline

This is all on aftermarket boost lines (turbo -> wastegate actuator)
