arn,

did your hpracing exhaust come with the gasket for the muffler/midsection connection? if not, where did you get it and how much was it. whose who (including myself) who are interested may need to know.

thanks.

i talked with Bwoody and they said you dont need one... but me being the way i am went and got one anyways... all it is is a 3 inch exhaust triangle gasket i got mine at kragens two for 5 bucks i think itsedfinately worth it in the long run.... i would also reccommend getting a new DP gasket while ur at it

thats what i was thinking.

i was also thinking of getting polyurethane exhaust hangers. i have seen how much the aftermarket exhausts move and the hp has a little more weight. i really dont want it sloshing around.

i ordered mine through Bwoody Performance great guys and customer service... the total shipped came to $550 i saw plenty of used ones for around the $400 range but when it comes to performance parts that have a large part in my car i like to buy them used... that way if for some odd reason the part doesnt work and or breaks i have something to fal back on where as if u buy it used ur kinda SOL... but yes i am very happy with the exhaust great fittment except for the tips being so large they touch the rear bumper... im planning on getting smaller rounded tips welded on anyways but we'll see what the future holds i also have a highflow CA legal cat to get welded onto the DP it'll make it that much stealthier and keep the police at bay.

i run with B&B turbo back and i have some questions. when i got the exhaust it was without a cat so its VERY loud. im curious since im a daily driver would 2 resonaters and a cat if i went them all in under the car how much reduction in sound would it be? i had to put a HKS muffler on for my daily driving and id like go to back to duel tip with a rolled bumper. or if not this whats the best course of action for reducing sound? can a muffler be custom welded into the B&B?
