I just ordered needswings.com's dp w/cutout, and MBC for $304 shipped to my door!

I'd like to know the gains from when the cutouts open, and when it's closed.

Going into stock cat-back, anybody know??

how much is the fine for driving without cat?

Depends on where you live. Here in PA we only have a visual emmisions test, which if you know the right people, they could "see" the cat. Other more strict areas could be a lot more problematic

I'm in IL and I don't think we have emission registration or whatever. It's only if it's loud as hell,

or without a muffler.

just put the mpx 3" tbe on earlier thanks to dark-srt4...traded my needswings dp w/e-cutout + cash...i have got to say...this thing is nice! deeper sounding when just cruising but when u hit about 3500rpm, it just moans sooo nice!

Why did you decide to trade the needswings d/p? Because that is what I was going to get, but if its not good I won't.
