Default Difference with Aftermarket and stock TOB

Is there any difference with a stock throw out bearing and a aftermarket TOB? I bought a ACT 6puk clutch kit but the TOB doesnt fit my mechanic says. So im needing to know if I can just go to the local dealership or autozone and pick one up or Is there a difference with the ones included in clutch kits.

Turns out ACT sent me a completely different TOB, I also was having trouble with the flywheel too. But they have excellent Customer Service and took care of it quick. They next day aired me everything that I thought might of been wrong for free. There also paying for me to ship the old kit back.
