while i'm at it, how about some bumpage for some stickiness on this one.....too good.
anyway, on the diagram for stock bov/mopar bov and stock wga/aftrmrkt bov the whit tps sensor line is in the whole on the bottom-right of the vac line harness. On my o5, the line is coming out of the middle-right position. The bottom right is capped with some kind of plug that has been there since the car was new. Should I switch the holes, or is this an error?

i would put the white line in the bottom corner so that way you dont throw a tps sensor code...but i guess if you havnt thrown a code yet than you can leave it that way...

okay...just for confirmation....red line removed and capped at UPP/left open at solenoid. Black line from intake tube traced back to source and removed/capped at intake nipple and at source?

Are we looking at the block from the front (solenoids are behind those dots in rows) or is this tilted sideways the way its oriented in the engine bay? Reason I ask this because my TIP line stock comes out of the 2nd connector on the 3rd (I believe) solenoid, so is your diagram wrong, is my stock setup wrong, or is it okay for it to be in the bottom connector?

OK....picture it like this....whatever corner of the soleniod box that the white line is connected to, connected all the other lines accordingly.

Thats the point, the TIP line is not connected to any corner from the factory. If you want proof, check this out, its the stock vacuum diagram:

I think the OP should edit this post with the fact that if the vacuum lines are rearranged, theres a chance that the ECU is going to have to relearn all the curves from the beginning, starting with low boost. Thats what happened to me anyways, I tried swapping to WGA controlled boost, which didn't work, so I went back to ECU controlled boost and it wouldn't boost past 12psi. Now that I've been playing with different wga's and running the car in boost a lot, its finally creeping back up to 15psi.

Ok I did this setup and it works great... My only question is this..

Im spiking 13psi in first gear, 16 in second gear, and then 18 in 3rd and fourth... I would rather not spike 18 with no fuel mods on the car... Any idea how to fix this? Thanks!

I still want to spike 16 though.. Will this keep me from spiking 16 in second?

yes, but 2nd tops out so fast anyways that 3rd and 4th are the gears that matter....

boost from each gear differs anways

So I lowered it and that seemed to fix it... Thanks for the help!

BTW, the first time I read the vacuum setup, I kind of just looked at the diagram and then went with it. I didnt read about how you need to keep the Tee with the check valve in it and I ran my car for a few weeks with that out. I just put it back in and it seems to be pulling alot harder.... Does that make sense?
