Ok, update to my last post. The white (looked like grey) is the TIP sensor line so bye-bye to that for my '03 right?
I also realized I appear to have stock vac line setup based on another diagram I saw for stock routing.
My other questions still apply though, most importantly: are you actually using the stock lines to run these? They seem like pain in the ass to detach and re-attach (or I just don't know how they work yet and I'm scared to break them). It seems like it would actually be easier to buy some vac line, connecters, zipties and start from scratch for most of them. Any hints from someone who's done this would be great.
I'm still not sure this is what is causing the huge boost spikes, boost needle shake and PTB issues, but I don't know what else to do right now.
you should buy new vac hose for this....dont take the chance with using vac connectors in too many spots....youre just asking for boost leaks
as for boost spikes....you need to come off of stock line setup, or what you have as of now that is CLOSE to stock setup....do my no ptb setup for your mods and you should have a smoother boost/throttle response afterwards
Dammit I hope so!!! Thanks for the advice. I already have about 8 feet of new vac hose (guy at Autozone liked the car and hooked me up with extra) and plenty of zipties so I have my weekend project cut out for me. That and a PTP FPR mod!
Maybe one day I'll finally get to install the t-bolt clamps!

ya thats because stg2 has no ptb to begin with....

Unless you're me and you can spike 20+ PSI anywhere from 2500 RPM to 4000 RPM!!! Anything in the lower RPMs over about 1/3 throttle and I'm well into boost. If you already have smooth throttle response and no PTB you probably wont' get much benefit from doing this. I'm hoping it makes a HUGE difference for me though. I'll report back on the results.
I'm running S0 and a S2 WGA. So I use this setup I use right? But that is still PCM controlled boost right? People are telling me to bypass the PCM controlled boost, should I do that?

you want to follow that diagram exactly...
the only way i would get away from pcm controlled boost w/ the stg2 wga would be if i had an ebc of some sort...but you dont, so follow that digram

I've got a MBC.
Well in that case you can try this setup if you have an aftermarket bov...
Why are the setups diff between the Stock/S2 WGA vs. the aftermarket WGA? The S2 WGA should fall into the aftermarket WGA class since technically its not stock, right?

no...the stg2 wga needs a different digram because it needs to be run off of pcm control. most other wastegates dont...such as agp/ptp/kinetics, so they have a different digram in which all youre doing is boosting strictly off of the strength of the spring inside the wga rather than through the pcm.
BUT...since you have the stg2 wga, which needs the pcm, but you have a mbc, technically youre not using the pcm to control boost levels because youre changing them with the mbc...so you can use one of the 'aftermarket' wga diagrams.

I just did the vac line setup for S2 WGA and Mopar BOV and there are SERIOUS problems!!! I still get huge PTB although the 20 PSI + spikes are gone, but now it does not appear the wastegate is opening AT ALL!!!
Even worse, whenever I go into boost, the BOV starts hissing like crazy (At least it sounds like the BOV)!!! It sounds like it's trying to vent all the extra boost throught the BOV because the WGA is not doing it's job. I'll put some pics in here so you all can see that the lines are correct according to the diagram. Someone help please!!!!
It's also pretty slow. You can see I removed the white line. I tried to put it back to see that helped and that REALLY screwed it up (idles between 800-4000 RPM). I need this car to run again!
