I'll go look again, but I can't find it...thanks.

You can cap off the black line and "T" off the green line. The green line is in 2 pieces. So just cut the rubber hose line that connects the two pieces over by the turbo... put a "T" between the two lines and run a hose from the "T" to your WGA. Be sure to use ziptie's! That's how I have mine setup now. Been running like that for a month now or more. Have it setup that way so I didn't have to rip out all the lines and incase I ever decided to go back to stock. But now with an aftermarket bov I'll have to do it all different.

BTW, that setup is on an 05 with Mopar bov and PTP WGA. Non PCM controlled because I bypassed the black line and capped it off. All my other lines are connected like stock.

Okay got it thanks.... after I did the vac. line mod. only pulling 13lbs. at spike. so I adj. my kinetic wga. as much as the gate would let me, the wga could adj. more, but the flapper would not let me. now the most I can get is 16lb. spike and 13-14 at wot. I guess now I need to do the 255lph. pump. fuel return line mod. and a map clamp. and hit the dyno, to adj. the map clamp. thanks for the input....

stage 2 WGA have no part throttle boost.... my car says different.... ??? so if I am rolling down the road and in 3rd and doing 30 (cause I am not paying attention) and go to pass someone I CAN and HAVE hit 5-10lbs of boost only giving part throttle. I guess it will all be fixed when I get these damn hardpipes and slap on my AGP WGA and quit being lazy....

what you should do is hook the wga arm up to the flapper and THEN bolt it to the housing on the turbo...that way instead of you effing around w/ the arm....itll literally be forced to be stretched when you bolt it down.

just to add on, if you have a larger TB, with aftermarket wastegate, you need to plug the red line into a boost source. Your best bet is between turbo and WGA. Otherwise you'll be throwing p0068's like nobody's business.

not exactly....you only cap the top of the T originally went to the intake and you cap the red line nipple on the cold pipe...

So i recently installed a FM WGA well i hooked it up to the stock lines and it wasnt holding all that well and i couldnt really adjust the wga for 17lbs.

It would be at 15psi and then one turn of the arm made it 19psi.

So, I decided to remove both lines from solenoid 1 and i completely removed the black line and i attached the green line from the back of the turbo (where it was) to the WGA. I did not cap off either of the solenoids and the rest of lines are still plugged in as I have not gotten to that yet also that little cap thing on the third one down on solenoid 1 is still plugged in is that ok?

My problem is that when i first changed the vacuum source of the wga to the green line it would boost 5psi so i tightened the wga arm and then it boosted 10psi. The problem now is I have tightened it about another 5 full turns and it still can only boost 10psi. I do not know what is wrong or how to fix this.

Am i doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

well I finally got my wga adj. to spike 17psi. and hold 15. car is pulling like a freight train. except I keep throwing the 1187 code. is that overboost? I thought since I bypassed the computer controlling boost it would not throw a code. any ideas on how to get it to stop throwing that code? thanks...

Ok, I'll have a couple more questions later because my set up is WAY different than the one in the picture for a S2 WGA and Mopar BOV!!!

I'll get a much better picture as soon as I have time. My main question: where is the grey line (in your diagram) coming from the bottom right going to? Is that the one that goes over to the fender? That's where my red line attaches!

2nd question: Can you yank these lines out of the top of that black fitting the go into (see picture)? Every time I pull on them it all just comes off as one and I don't want to break them.

I was hoping to leave the vac lines alone but it looks like they are pretty screwed up from whoever worked on the car before and I'm thinking that's why I serious PTB issues (on S2 WGA and S1) and a 22 PSI spike I can't get rid of no matter how much I adjust it!!!!

Ok, update to my last post. The white (looked like grey) is the TIP sensor line so bye-bye to that for my '03 right?

I also realized I appear to have stock vac line setup based on another diagram I saw for stock routing.

My other questions still apply though, most importantly: are you actually using the stock lines to run these? They seem like pain in the ass to detach and re-attach (or I just don't know how they work yet and I'm scared to break them). It seems like it would actually be easier to buy some vac line, connecters, zipties and start from scratch for most of them. Any hints from someone who's done this would be great.

I'm still not sure this is what is causing the huge boost spikes, boost needle shake and PTB issues, but I don't know what else to do right now.

you should buy new vac hose for this....dont take the chance with using vac connectors in too many spots....youre just asking for boost leaks

as for boost spikes....you need to come off of stock line setup, or what you have as of now that is CLOSE to stock setup....do my no ptb setup for your mods and you should have a smoother boost/throttle response afterwards
