You didn't mention the downpipe used. If it has a cat on it, check to make sure it's not clogged. Sounds like a partially clogged cat to me if it has one.

Im not an expert but for 24psi isnt your injectors too small for e85?

its not on e85 right now. its on 91 piss gas. Also we have twin pump set up waiting to go on but i dont want to do it if we cant find out whats wrong with it now.

is this a s3 car i did see it has a 3bar map sensor that is why I ask. If it is not s3 and has 3bar map sensor that would be your problem.

its stage 3 car with a 50trim on it. i have the stock pcm and sensors coming in the mail this week to put on.

ohh ok. if the car works fine till 5600 then it could prob be a problem with the pcm shutting down maybe sees too much knock. Check ur Map sensor that it is soldered correctly maybe it is coming undone. Turn the boost down to spring boost and does it happen again ??

the carhas no kr at all. i turned the boost down to spring pressure only and it still does it. we changed out map sensors and tip sensors with another car and no luck. i think its fuel related. tomorrow i will post a video after i do the fuel pump rewire mod.

if it was fuel related then it would not do it at 12 psi spring pressure so the rewire mod will not do much for it. Unless the fuel pump took a complete dump. Also check out for floating valve, that could be an issue. Check the injector duty cycle what does it say when the car goes lean ????

i'll check tomorrow on the idc when it goes lean. how can i check for a floating valve?

well i'm pretty sure we found the problem today. tomorrow the car gets put back together and taken out for a test spin.

Fuel Volume = (HP * BSFC) / (# of injectors * IDC)
CFM = C.I.D. * RPM * V.E. *.5 / 1728
P.R. = (PSI Boost + 14.7) / 14.7
HP = TQ * RPM / 5252
