Im doing said things everyday. I am verry happy with daily drivability. It is a little bit jumpier at low throttle but nothing you dont get used to very quick. It is an excelent choice for daily drivability.

I ran a GT40 @ 26psi for about three months. I liked the hell out of it. Power band was more 'Supra*ish' than what it should have been.<---Meaning the car pulled like a mutha Fuxzor on the highway. Hard. Traction issues at 65+mph. 160+mph was something that could be done with ease(its was kinda cool to berry the needle) I was running the HP racing manifold and a 3in custom downpipe, with 750cc injectors and a walbro, controled with a SAFC II. I was running plenty rich. 11.1's across the rpm band. I would start to spool around 2500rpms and hit full boost right around 3700rpms, and when that happened it felt like all of hell was breaking lose. . I ended up hurting the motor tho after about 3 months. I cracked three of the four piston rings lands. So I'm now finishing up my second rebuild of the motor.(first one had some issues). My motor is 'fully built' now. Lots o DCR sh!t. PnP Head, cams and the whole nine. All in all tho I loved the way the car felt then, but I recently just bought a stock turbo replacement from a member here on the forums. I'm done with all those high hp numbers on a FWD car. Don't get me wrong neons, and all fwd cars for that matter have always been my thing, but I no longer wish to have a car that is fwd with that much powa. Just not usable and fun. If I coult start over again I would def. go with stage3R just for its simplicity. That and that only. 'Big turbo kits' are the way to go in my opinion if you want 'tunability' of your car versus bolt on and go. All in all....its really up to 'you' and what 'you' want.

P.S. New project has already been started......Inline six and RWD BABY!!!

This is what I thought too. Maybe its always open a little bit

One of the things about seperating it is that you in essance get a bigger exhaust pipe out of it because the diverted exhaust isn't in your main exhaust pipe anymore. So your turbo can flow more through it.

It looks like AGP uses a 1.5" or so pipe on there wastegate dump tube.

If you would like to quite it down, without rerouting back into the main exhaust....

You maybe able to use a very small muffler like this one. It has a 1.75" IN 2.00" OUT. Mounting it somewhere may be fun though.

A 2.5" main exhaust plus a 1.5" secondary exhaust have as much surface area as a single 2.9"....so you could replace the catalytic section on your stock exhaust for a less restrictive one and probably be OK. Stock looking exhaust and very fast

EDIT: A glasspack would be smaller, cheaper, and easier to mount. 1.75" IN / 1.75 OUT" / 3.50" Diameter / 12" Long.

With the .82 when does it start to spool and when do you hit full spool? And are all supporting mods listed in your sig, because i am still debating this kit but i really wanna go all out so please let us know!

Probably right around 3000lbs. I had a .62 exhuast housing, the next option up is .84 which I just bought, along with a S cover. MY car wont be running for awhile, but Ben said that the difference in lag would only be about 400 rpm. Im also going to be reving to 7800, so lag doesnt really matter to me

Actually there is no 62ar exhaust housings with T3 flange, its a .63ar, .82 or 1.06. The T4S compressor housing ont he GT35R's aka GT3540R is a .70ar 4" inlet 2.5" outlet. The T4E covers have a 3" inlet and 2" outlet and the ar is .60

I have the psi-fi GT30R turbo kit and when boost hits around 3300-3500 it rocks you back in the seat HARD. Think of it like this...your driving along in traffic at 10mph and a semi-truck SLAMS you in the back at 50mph...you go FLYING FOREWARDS...think of that in turbo form and thats what you have...spool spool spool BAM FULL BOOST. I tuned the car myself with the AEM UEGO, and haven't dynod the caryet, but if I had to guess I'd say 400-425whp and the same torque. It definately says that on the butt dyno....oh yea and when you floor it with 2 or 3 girls in the car...make sure your ready to get laid

edit: ill fuind a video of the open dump on the AGP cars. I have mine re-routed cuz psifi does it like that automatically...which I dont mind.

Edit #2: WG Dump sound... http://videos.streetfire.net/player....A-5ED6262301E0

Thanx AltSRT4 BTW, look when just the 2 srt4-s are racing...that you hear about 1 second after they floor it...THATS the wastegate...actually thats pretty much ALL you hear till the BOV goes off
