I never dynoes without the bottle neck fix, but I can tell you that the 2 weeks that I didn't have it done, my car was harder to tune and allways running lean, sometimes it would burp, cough, stutter...

I bet you have the older one... the newer one flows way better, way better design.

Any info to back that up other than heresay?

Sure, why dont you contact Richie and ask him what the difference is between the 2 coolers that he had.

i love my big turbo just takes to long to spool to 28 lbs of boost but the lag on a launch is perfect for a good launch

Of course hes going to back up his products, there HIS products. I have talked to richie many a times on aim and trust me, you get what you PAY for. Richie also told me i would make more power with the qw than with the cca I had. Wrong. He had nothing to say when i gave him the dyno numbers.

Dude,

You've got enough power for now. Enjoy it before you seek more as in take it to the track one day.

Some good information in this thread so far.

I got S20G. It is a very nice turbo. It drives like stock without boost spike. My turbo fully spools around 3700 rpm, around 22 psi to redline. Power comes smooth and constant.

once i get my low end WOT tuned out right ill love my 50 trim even more.

ive had alot of fun with it so far.

good piece of advice to anyone thinking about getting a 50trim: go ahead and order slicks after you order your turbo kit.
when i was running my car with no supporting mods at like 12-13psi i had trouble keeping traction. now at 22psi i cant do 3rd gear pulls on my stock 205s without breaking loose

3076 spools a little later but produces more power... 3071 is plenty turbo especially if you are living with stock internals.
