Default big turbo install ?s

Just bought my 50 trim kit and am in the process of installing it.
50 trim
d tec
fuel pressure reg/ return line kit
crushed 1g dsm bov

i did some research and cant seem to find any info on a vacuum line diagram that utilizes an aftermarket bov with an external wastegate and fuel pressure regulator. i found a few other ones but not quite the same setup as me. i am still currently using my stock vacuum selinoids. Im looking for some help or a diagram to either run my vacuum lines with the selinoids or without them. either way doesnt matter to me.

on a side note im also looking for some install instructions for my d tec/knock light as they were not supplied with it because i bought it used.

thanks guys

Err, AFTER the throttle body for a BoV? I dont think so, im pretty sure you need it before... might be wrong but im almost 90% sure thats how I have mine setup

For the boost controller, how I have mine setup is running it straight off the nipple thats on the turbo then to wastegate...

Turbo ==line== Boost Controller ==line== Wastegate

Lemme run outside and check

Yep, thats how I have mine setup. The vac line from the BOV tee'd into a vac line right before the throttle body.

And the boost controller... from directly on the turbo to the BC then to the wastegate

Works 100%

This is how is suppost to be install:

Turbo --------> Boost Controller -------> External Wastegate
Trottle Body Spacer----------> BoV and Fuel Pressure regulator.

This way you will eliminate all the selenoids (As well as Boost Leaks).

PM me if you have aditional questions and I can help you out.

Do NOT plug your BOV into the throttle body spacer. It T's into the line that goes to your throttle body from the brake booster.

Turbosmart says it should be AFTER the TB also...

Tial says AFTER the TB as well..
http://www.tialmedia.com/documents/w...bovinstall.pdf

show me ONE manufacture that says to put the BOV BEFORE the TB. there is no vacume before the TB...

before you correct some one, make sure you know what your talking about...

show me ONE manufacture that says the BOV shouldn't see vacuum.. should be AFTER the TB, or between the engine... and TB plate.

Just a question. From where do you think that line runs from? Let me guess, from the trottle body?
