Default Apexi TT help! batt alt help needed!

so on my Apexi turbo time the voltage went from being 13.6 usually to 12.6 and sometimes lower. I had 3 different auto zones test the battery and the alternator. One said they were both fine, one said the alternator was bad, and the other that the alternator was good and the batter was bad.. i also had mr. battery check them both and they said both were good. so any one know what the problem might be??
