Issues I've had personally: black gunk/goo in injector tips, fuel filter corrosion/blockage (Fuelab 6 micron) and causing rubber lines to harden (perhaps regular 93oct would do the same?). Other than that it's been great.

Stone White 05 - Built Bottom End - Built Head - Arias - Eagle - BC - Crane - MPX - DCR - Borg Warner s257sx-e .82 AR T3 - e85 - tons of supporting mods

I have all ptfe lines and the tank was spotless when I made the switch to e. I've only got about 1000miles or so on everything since the swap, but the only thing I am considering is swapping the fuelab 6 micron fiberglass filter for the fore innovations 10 micron SS.

I've ruined four fuel gauge senders, a 2004, a 2003, and two DCR E85 senders.
Those DCR senders are $99.95 and don't hold up!

There are quite a few people thatsell the e85 sending units for less than dcr.. Quite a few members on here also just buy the application and put it on themselves.

I PM'd a guy on Facebook who makes these, but he never got back to me. What is this compound you speak of?

Exact same 3 for myself, in that order too. Any pickup issues? Can you post a pic of your canister setup?

I have pictures i can post when i get home. I have 1/8 tank and below issues around curves and hard acceleration. Zenkat has a 450 setup that fixes that. I'm going to mod mine like his and use hydramat. There should be no issues after that.

I just remembered that pics of mine and zenkat's are in the fuel section big Walbro 450 thread

Walbro High-Pressure 400lph In-tank Fuel Pump

Page 10 is my setup. I can't find Zenkat's...

What application are we talking about. I searched and did not find anything short of caravan/flex fuel senders.
