Default advice, some help. situation downpipe?

hey guys i need some help so help me out if you have any word of advice. alright well im on a budget right now since i paided my car all off and ive been thinking alot about what my next mod should be... so im trying to get a downpipe soon, since i already have a catback. so im kinda choosing between these two.

QTP -WRX/STI Down Pipe

and

DODGE NEON SRT-4 03 04 05 TSUDO SRT4 DOWNPIPE DOWN PIPE - (eBay.ca item 320247680969 end time 12-May-08 22:45:11 EDT)

now i know ebay isnt the best place and maxfabb is the way to go and all the other top brands... but im on a budget so.. considering between these two its already a $350 difference. i mean is the e cutout worth it or should i just go with the regular downpipe?

thanks guys

the tsudoSRT ONE NOT THE WRX ONE will work fine but its not gonna be as good of quality as a maxxfabb or nw. some cars hate cutouts so i wouldn't mess with one. im on a budget too so im using all mopar exhaust and ill put a 3inch o2 later.

remember, your paying for a 2.5 foot long piece of bent exhaust pipe. i would never pay 300 for something like that unless it came with a cat

really i would assume a cutout could be better because i hear that the less backpressure the more power?

the computer needs to be able to use less backpressure. a guy in sd ran .5 seconds slower w/ a open cutout than closed. if your computer sees it and doesn't like it, your fucked
