Default Act clutch not grabbing the same

Ok so I have the ACT upgraded clutch (the one that is rated at 500 foot pounds). It use to grab right off the floor, and now it grabs like a stock clutch. I have only done a bad slip twice and it wasn't bad, and it still is as stiff as before. It has 40k on it. Any ideas why it would be doing this. Is it shot? Should have I adjusted the pedal when I installed it. My bud with an EVO had to adjust his pedal right after putting his in.

Thanks

Is it that peice with the tabs, I noticed that felt a little loose. Should it have no play in it?

Not really...if you see that bolt on the top...that is where you adjust your pedal...
