So with the NDP TCS, what wiring woul I have to do, to make it like this? I see pics for the N2MB 2-Step, but not the NDP TCS

Theres a video on youtube of a blue srt 4 showing the different between cutting fuel/spark and cutting just spark. There were basically no differences.

ive done it, no differnece, i tell ya what DOES make a difference.
Where your car is set at on the MBC, and spark plugs. My two step on 21psi vs 30psi is much different, and spark plugs also make a huge difference.
