Pretty sure the video is an anti lag set up which advances the timing to build more boost on the launch. My wot box is wired ignition cut only and sure as hell doesn't do that.
So much misinformation going on, anti-lag retards timing not advances it. The point of anti-lag is to retard the timing so that most of the pressure is put on the turbine wheel of the turbo. Which is why anti-lag isn't smart for a dd, 2-step's or studder box or WOT box work way better and don't really harm anything. |

Yea I Wikipedia'd it after lol. I just knew that it did something with the timing and that it is harsh as hell on turbos.

N2mb box doesn't sound any different either way you wire it, if you're looking to make noise like an idiot look elsewhere. It makes your launches worse unless you have slicks anyways

I cut spark only and retard the timing to 5*. Works great for it's intended purpose.

10.64@130 Dodge Neon - YouTube Awesome run! How much boost do you build on your 2-step? And is a wot box? I can only build about 4 psi on my wot box @4600rpm

Megasquirt. 3450rpm and ~10psi there on a Delta 65. It's an auto though, so it's easier to control rpms.
*It will build more boost at that rpm, just not in the .5 seconds given for the tree to drop, with my current settings. The Delta65 isn't a small turbo though, and my Crower Stage 4 cams don't lend to quick spool either. I'm simply implying that spark cut only works well for it's intended purpose(building boost) when set up correctly.
