Ok so this thing going to happen....? Anything in the works? I have been every year.....would like to support another.

personally, I don't think it's going to happen

every year it has been a loss for the person(s) in charge

some how if it got major backing I can't see it happening even with one of the best srt lineups coming.

Hell just make it a regular meet where ever the most people would show
and let everyone take care of their own needs , and get a great big group photo of it all. pick a track and and show up on their normal weekend schedule ! and take over the place !

I don't think it's going to happen. If its not in the planning stages now, it won't be in 2008.

People just think to put a date out there and everything just magically happens. There is hundreds of man hours behind something like this, let alone you need a bank roll of about $25-30K before anyone gets thru the gates.

I can see Chicargo Owner Srt Club taking over this event for this to happen...

I vote for Heartland Park Topeka in Topeka, KS. Its right in the middle of the country. But out of 60,000 members I'm probably the only one.

Yes, Heartland Park is a great place. But we tried it in 2006.

So can I, but I haven't seen anything from them doing it. I know they run a great club, and as a model for all other clubs to aspire to be.

Its one thing to say we can do it, it's another to really do it.

hey we talk about it all of the time, you never know what we will come up with.

and there is no one in csc that can just cough up 30k, the median car driven is the neon.

Heartland park Topeka, KS or Hastings, Ne are great central locations w/ great facilities, but I can't see anyone taking the initiative at this point.
