Er, sorry I didn't check this thread again. It was at our booth, NVIDIA, on the show floor. They allowed people to take pictures of it. Pretty insane bike... hope some of you guys made it.

If you haven't believe it can't do the 300 MPH, well a turbo Suzuki Hayabusa did it 261 MPH. The world's fastest 1300 cc bike and it is streetable. Look at the latest land speed records (Salt Flats).

it wont do 300mph. the turbo hayabusa was way over 400 hp and it weighs ~550# (with turbo and acc.) it also has WAY better aerodynamics than the tomahawk. the tomahawk is only 500hp with a 1500# dry weight. (almost 3 TIMES the weight)

http://www.aperaceparts.com/news.html

"This NLR Turbo system has made over 400hp with 19 pounds of boost on my 1,363"

"After this was done we could have pumped the boost up to around thirty pounds
and tried for 250 mph however we needed to get on the road"

most importantly

http://www.qsl.net/n5mya/aero.html

"Aerodynamics becomes more important the faster you
go because the power required increases as the cube of speed - in other words, to
double your speed, you need eight times as much power to overcome aerodynamics.
You can quickly reach a point where speed is achieved more easily by improving
aerodynamics rather than adding horsepower."

"The People" in the First Amendment means The People; "the People" in the Fourth Amendment means The People; but "the People" in the Second Amendment (ratified in 1791) means the National Guard (created by an Act of Congress in 1903)?

LID, good reference.

I really don't agree on the bike weighing in at 1500lbs but using aviation stats your theory may be right.

I don't think the Hayabusa was pushing more than 320 HP not 400 as indicated.
