acutally it is functional... it idels at i thnk 35mph is said in a article i read in cycle world.... max speed 300+ mph.. estimated.. and if this is the same bike i read about it had a Viper engine in it... and the guy who drived it... fell over while trying to turn with it...

so yes it is real SCARY but real

but there will be NO WAY it will reach 300mph.

Imagine having a tire blowout at that speed. Or the "OH CRAP!" bike wobbling before it spills.
