Out of state is not difficult. All tax,title, and license has to be done in your state.

We can do trades, although if you can sell it yourself, that's always a way to get more for it. Trades aren't worth near as much since the new cars have gone down in value. But if you want me to figure trade, I would need the vin number, mileage, a few pics, and some general info. You can email that to me.

Thats the problem I am having right now, can't sell my car privately right now and trade in value has dropped far too much, still gotta try carmax, if they give me a good price I definetly will get ahold of you, taking my car there tonight. (I actually have 2 cars to trade but I am only worried about the price I get on one of them)

Yeah, that seems to be the kicker. Some negative equity isn't bad since we can cover it up with the heavy discount, but much more than $4 or $5k gets difficult to finance at a decent payment.

No negative equity, I own my car outright but I am not willing to let an 07 cobalt ss/sc go for 7-8k which is what the 2 dealers I have taken it to have offered.

I really want to move into a CSRT but I have to be happy with the deal first, your discounts are incredible so I am trying to move quick, wish I had seen this earlier but it being x-mas week is making it difficult to rush on atm.

Yes, we see that a lot. When trade-in value comes back up, the new stuff won't be discounted anymore either. So it's a catch22.
