K&N Air filter and Muffler install

Well I got the K&N filter and mufflers installed and here are my thoughts:

1) Man, this car sounds unbelievable with the new mufflers. Like a beast!

2) A slight drone on the freeway but not too bad. I'll just have to get used to it. The car was so quiet before.

3) I think I CAN hear the MDS kicking in now. The sound doesn't get louder, doesn't get quieter, the tone just changes. Not really annoying but it is there. I'm pretty sure that any aftermarket muffler with some sound to it will do this.

4) Not sure yet about the performance. Seems like I have better throttle response now but it could be psycological. I am punching it harder now. Only a dyno will tell.

I'll try to get a video or sound clips later this weekend. Overall I am very happy. It's a little louder than I had anticipated but sounds so badass that I don't mind. And I got the OK from the wife so that's good. I got the entire setup for $310. That's 2 Spintech 3224's, 2 glaspacks, and installation. If anyone in Houston is looking for a place to get their exhaust goodies installed let me know. I'll give you the info on where to go.

So the Spintechs replace the Suitcase, and the glasspacks replace the secondary mufflers? Would love to see some photos if possible. Thanks.
