I have a CSRT8 with 1500 miles on it. The brakes screech and the rotors are grooved. The transmission will go into 1st, 2nd and stay. It will also not go into R or D to move the vehicle sometimes. The TCM has been replaced and the harness rerouted and cleaned. This is the 3rd time it has been at my 5 star dealer. Chrysler and the dealer do not have a clue so far. I have heard about limp mode and new pads in December. No excuse. Can you imagine how I would feel if I really did not like this car? When it runs, it runs. Any thoughts?

get cracking on it and/or demand the stealership give you a brand new one right now.
