DCX sells a 300 Wagon in Europe, and you can see that this one has the European-issue red rear 'foglights' (parallel to the license plate). I doubt anyone rebadging a Magnum wagon (in the US) would go to the bother of adding Europe-type rear foglights (the lights and bumper fascia aren't sold in the North American parts network, as far as I know!).
Yep, I'd say this a special SRT8 for the "other side of the pond"...

Which means Jeremy Clarkson will get his grubby little hands on one.
Yes!

If it matters at all, this was photographed on Featherstone Rd.
That, plus the M-plate on the car, make me really doubt that it's simply someone's custom job.
The front fascia was that of the 300 SRT-8. However, I wasn't really able to get a good shot of that from where I was driving. I'll try to see if I can't spot it again in the coming weeks.
You can also somewhat see the outline of the "300 C" emblem on the side molding of the car, as well.
I've seen a fair amount of 300 Touring Wagons running around this area (for good reason...); I've just not seen an SRT-8 version of one before yesterday. Nor have I heard any announcement of an SRT-8 crossing the pond.
