i say dont. before i joined as a member i read about the clutch destroying itself. keep looking and searching. i say go non-modular and save yourself any head ache in the future. Go Clutchmaster, ACT, Southbend, Quartermaster (i think thats the name) keep searching though
if you dont run slicks give it a shot. as long as its non-modular i think you will be happier in the long run. i would personally get a steel flywheel over the light weight aluminum one. also replacement discs are only like $100 so pretty cheap to replace
spec clutch's are junk......no warrenty......no real customer service.....just a piece of junk clutch and 2 times the money paid out for a good one........it will not last very long........
these are the companies to buy a clutch from
act
clutchmasters
southbend
all are great products......all have great customer service
yep like stated above act, southbend, clutchmaster, an i am sure others are out there. spec and competition clutch are trash. you should be good with ACT street disc if you dont use slicks.
