Default transmission install messed something else up

well i just finished puttin my transmission back in.... went to start it up and it turned over much longer than normal... but i figured it was just from sitting for the last week or so... so i shut it of and it took quite awhile to start again... but this time i let it idle for a bit ran through all the gears just checking everything, and it was shifting fine but when i give it gas as soon as i start building boost the car will misfire.... i checked all the connections/vacuum lines... and couldnt find anything so i was wondering, is there a sensor i forgot possibly that could be causing this to happen, or has anybody else ever had this problem after a transmission install.... it was running fine before i pulled it and sat for about a week.... im mostly worried about the rough starting issue though so any input would be greatly appreciated
