Does anyone know roughly how much a TOB fork cost and install would be?

Your going to pay the same price for a clutch replacement, labor wise.

Part should be ~$150.

Since it's so cheap and is in the same area as the TOB Fork, I suggest replacing the Pivot ball too. It's less than $10 and can bite you in the ass if it fails.
