Is there a difference in the 04-05 trannies???

Someone told me today that the 05's were somehow revised....i cant find no info telling me that they were...so if anyone has any info that would be great seeing as im going to look at this tranny tomorrow and id really like to put this deush in his place...thanks.

Biggest thing I've noticed is that 04's tend to have weaker shift forks. More specifically the 3/4 shift fork.

I've heard something about a gear being made out of brass rather then powdered metal.
