Mines a daily driver, only vehicle I own. It's daily driven on 93 pump with 500+whp. I have the UNsprung 6 puck from act. It's really not that stiff and the chatter is minimal if you know how to drive it well.

Im used to the chatter with this street disc now. Well I will look into the 6puck. I just want something thats going to last more then what this one did. Let alone I dont think 35k on this street disc with this 50t was going to last much anyways.
Well I dunno if you can really expect a 6 puck, especially a 6 puck with a solid hub, to last a long time. I've only had mine in for maybe 1000 miles now so I can't really speak on the longevity yet, but I'm sure you can easily get 15k or more out of the disc before it needs to be replaced. Obviously your driving style will determine that. There used to be a member on here named cantstopspinning or something like that who had an act 6 puck and I'm pretty sure it lasted him like 50k miles or close, not sure if it was sprung or unsprung though. Either way, besides the tranny being a pain in the ass to pull out and put back, the discs are hardly over $100 bucks if you have to replace it.
i love my SBC Stage III, nothing but smooth shifts and holds the power all day long

Here's my .02 and will do this in every SB thread I see/read. Make your own decision on the type of company
Cliff Notes:
1) Talked into installed a modular Stage 5x for my Stage 3 turbo
2) Stage 5x slips first time at track with slicks and WOT shifting. Holds fine on street tires.
3) SB talks me into a Race Series Stage 4 w/Steel Flywheel (for ANOTHER $600 on top of what I spent on my Stage 5x) after telling them I don't think sending my Stage 5x back for inspection is going to do squat other than waste time. (They agreed since it was holding on street tires)
4)After installing my RS Stage 4 and attempt to back out of the lift stall on base, the clutch would not disengage all the way. (New TOB fork, hydraulics are fine, etc.)
5) Call them and ask for just my $600 back and not the money I blew on a Stage 5x. They declined. I installed a CM FX400 and was golden for many, many runs, to include my PB of 11.81 @ 119ish mph.
6) I file a fraud charge against SB and I win. CC company sends me a check for $600 and SB was told to pay for shipping of their broke dick clutch if they wanted it back. Case closed.
If you happen to decide to go with ACT, hit me up. I have some nice sales going on for the month of November. As well, there are pros and cons to almost every manufacturer out there, and I think you have gotten a pretty good dose of both side in this thread.
