well, here's the sad thing. if aaron tells me i should jack off and jizz inside my s3 turbo cuz it ll make 30whp more. Why would I do something like that? bc I know aaron has tried and tested MANY products out there for US. So if aaron tells me something that works or wont work, I'll listen to him - why? cuz he's done it and he knows the answer.

I'll still do business him and will refer my friends to aaron for tune or anything automotive related.

Let me know when your main bearing fails.....vibration is not normal on any car. And I'm not talking subtle shit dude. This is rattle your fillings out of your teeth shit...

I'd be curious to chat it up with you to exchange the staging process and all that....I believe everything that's been said about yours and anybody else's SBC clutch that says they have good results.....not doubting anything. Ive always maintained that if Im doing something wrong, I'd like to know. Believe me I make mistakes....

LMAO. OOOOOK. Please tell me how installing a clutch improperly will cause it to slip when racing in the 1/4 mile ONLY with slicks on and WOT shifting? Did I miss the step where Jimmy Hoffa jumps in and spurts jizz on the disc when I press HOM? Must be the case.....

Setting the obvious aside there Poindexter, I've installed lots of clutches here....even the three guys rocking their SBC clutches here with "no problems" that they've reported. One of them ran a 12.3X with 23" slicks WOT shifting on a Modular Stage 4.

Yeah....I install clutches wrong....in for teh lulz on this one.

Please....for Christ's sake.....contribute to this conversation with supporting theories and ideas because like I told ERABBIT, I'm willing/open to ideas as to why I'm having such horrible luck.

When I run my car, I run it. Nobody else here in Vegas generally does that. [VU]Juan on here drove his shit like it was meant to be. Nobody else has yet. So I'm generally in a pool of people where I can't share ideas with here as to what I am/am not doing wrong.

Aaron himself even said something about Stage 3 on HOM ramping up power so fast that it was causing problems with the clutches, thus the 5x that came out before the race series was released.

Its because Im tired of reading the same sob story from the same 3-4 people. Seriously, if I really saw that SBC clutches were junk, I would drop the line up. However we have had way to much success and way to many good experiences to even remotely think of doing so.

I hop in these threads hoping to help or shed some light on something and every time I do, I see you beatching up a storm. Its beyond old so thats why I post basically telling you that your beatching isnt doing anything but boring people who follow these threads and filling them up with stuff thats been talked about a million times from you.

As for the flexplate, that has fixed many peoples issues with any manufacturer that had a modular setup, hence my reason I said to try that. The best idea is to not be cheap and buy a non-modular setup from SBC or ACT. If you have to buy modular, take into account there is an improved chance for an issue. They are good clutches for the money, but a non-modular is the way to go

I dont go making new threads about how great or bad a product is. How many threads have you seen made about "what clutch should I get?" I tell them my .02 when they create said thread....end of story. If I'm lying it would be different. If I'm installing the clutch improperly it would be different. But when clutches slip just because I put on slicks and turn HOM on, something is obviously wrong with the holding power of clutch being questioned. Would you not agree? Again, I could be overheating it by doing burnouts wrong, or the long wait in the staging lanes....everybody is quick to point out "DUSTIN (ME) INSTALLED THE CLUTCH WRONG" or, "DUSTIN CANT DRIVE".

Well maybe fucking so. I've had the quickest NSRT4 here in Vegas with DOCUMENTED times at the drag strip for probably 2 years or so ever since I started hitting the track with Stage 3. There's a couple "from a roll" dudes that have yet to show face at the track and I'm sure they are faster....they just don't use slicks and all that. Point is that I abuse the clutches, I guess. I dont see me getting into the 11s here unless I get a 1.7x 60' at least, along with hitting my WOT shifts all the time, every time.

Anyways, please tell me what I'm doing wrong....anybody want to see my video? I'll be happy to post it????
