Mopar Performance Clutch - SRT Forums

How long you think this clutch will last on a 400whp setup and taken a pretty good amount of abuse. Powershifted when raced and the occassional unnecessary speed burst when driving around town.

It's rated for like 315wtq but I was wondering if anyone has any real world experience with it.

I know Maxfastest if using this clutch with slicks at the track with Stage 3 and it has held up quite a long time...

Mine was fine pushing 350wtq with a few dozen 420wtq HOM runs at the track, until I broke my shift selector and burned it out trying to drive home in 3rd gear. It held up to the 400+wtq in HOM just fine.

Works great, tested with many of our customers however the availibility is low. They were discontinued.

That sucks if they did discontinue it...I was thinking about buying one.

You can get almost any clutch to hold with street tires. Slicks puts a tremendous amount of load on a clutch disc.

Clutchmaster Stage 4 4 puck or 6 puck....

not a huge fan of Mopar clutch for anything over 375-400wt

I put 450wtq at mine with 75 shot. Hasnt slipped yet.

Sounds great. But once again, was this with slicks at the track? Powershifting any?

It was on the streets with lots of power shifting.

quite a bit of powershifting and so far no slip... clutch feels great too. Although I do realize it's just a matter of time before it breaks.

Running fresh 225 KDW 2s up front.

ddog is running this clutch and was running a stage3 with a 35 shot on slicks and HOM and ran a HOM 75 shot quit a few times and i dont think it ever sliped on him and he drove his car hard alot. thats y i went with this clutch gettin it put in this coming week
