I've driven and rebuilt several of these transaxles that have had several different combos of fluid ran through them. That LSD isn't going to cause chatter because of the wrong fluid. That LSD is only going to start making noise if something is worn inside of it. If the planet pinion gears had chipped teeth or the wave washers weren't putting enough pressure on the sun gears, something along those lines and then it would start making noise.
Regardless, assuming you're working at a Chrysler dealership, you should know the difference between this differential and your typical clutch and plate LSD. If not, they need to pull you away from doing tranny work!

The additive that those kind of differentials call for are to keep the clutches from slipping and sticking to the plates, which causes that chatter during low speed turning that you're referring to.
As far as the bulletin, I checked Alldata and couldn't find anything. They're slow to update bulletins, but I didn't see anything for any year of the SRT-4 regarding noise from the LSD. If you have access to it, cut and paste it into this thread. I'm interested in seeing what it says.
