Input shaft bearing sleeve issues
I have recently found that I am the proud owner of a broken input shaft bearing sleeve. I read that the recommended repair is to disassemble the trans and press out. This is where SRT4 ownership becomes a challenge.
Does anyone have a proven method for removing this beaing assy without tearing into the trans case? Anyone from WI want to take on the task?
Anyone want a gutted '04 for cheap?j/k or am I, try me out.
How important is this sleeve, can you run a HTOB without the sleeve?
