I am on my third one in 29k miles. I want some ammo for the dealer, since they are giving me a hassle about warrenty. I know many people are experiencing this same problem so lets hear it.
What year is your car? 03

Driving style? Somewhat agressive but not abusive! If your axles have failed please post here.
What suspension mods do you have? ipp co's, psi-fi dogbones, hotchkis sway bars, psi-fi lca bushings
How many times have they failed? twice
Replaced by Dodge? didn't bother. already been kicked out of dealerships because of mods. replaced myself.
Driving style? lots of track time, but no street racing. oddly, the passenger side axle broke pulling out of a parking lot....
edit: my driver's side axle went yesterday at the track, broke in two pieces at the cv joint. had to tow the car to a friend's house. got a new axle on its way.

I was told that one thing that really hurts your axles is when you apply full power when your wheels are fully turned left or right. Something I learned the hard way on a previous honda "winter beater". You should have added to your questions: "do you apply full power while the wheels are fully turned".
And one word of advice: don't buy "rebuild" transaxles. My experience with these is that they spend more time shining the part than actually fixing it. They don't last.
mine is a 03
stock suspension
failed 1 time
19k
dealer fixed
daily driver no drag racing or launching only romp on the wot once and a while
there is an article from speed/road and track that mopar rally team found the 03 halfshafts prone to breaking.most 03 ive met have had problems with the axles.
