I believe I was quoted around 3000 for everything from DC plus you have to send them a stock auto. Call him, they will even give you a price break down on what everything costs.

It's steep but well worth the consistency you gain from it.

DCR sells an auto that is exactly the same as the 1200 hp race car that he sponsors.

I have it and wouldn't go any other way.

A built 41TE four-speed auto from a PT/PT GT probably isn't going to be an option for the SRT-4. The PCM in the SRT-4 isn't set up to drive the electronically controlled shift solenoids. If you're running it on a modified stock turbo PT and/or are not running a nitrous shot, it will probably hold up OK on your PT. But for the big power levels that something like an upgraded turbo can put out, the 41TE really isn't the best choice.

A built up hydraulically controlled 3-speed 31TH is what places like DCR and FM are offering and is probably the most reliable, proven, and tested automatic you can run behind the 2.4L if it’s properly prepared.

BlackBird_RT is 100% right the old hydrualic 3 speeds from the neon and aries and so on can be built to take 500 hp and higher. With a high stall converter with the lockup still on it i personal know a few people that have pushed thier 2.4's into the low 10's with only 500 hp. Its amazing how well a big turbo and this transmission set up works.
